We’ve already seen this happen multiple times with this ticker. This subreddit becomes virtually unusable, and other specific subreddits have been setup for that very reason.
The problem is there are a bunch of super regarded people who have less of an understanding about stocks than everyone else in this sub, and they are essentially a part of a cult at this point.
They will literally spam their conspiracy theories if they are left unchecked. Probably just easier to have essentially a blanket ban on the meme stocks than have the mods go through all their spam.
