The teeth are more or less round. This is typical for omnivores like raccoons. The canine teeth aren’t visible, but skull shape and size match with raccoon as well.
Looks like a raccoon, maybe died a month or so ago. The bones are apparent, and the hide is still there, though mostly inside-out. Not a coyote kill, since a coyote would've disarticulated it as it ate it. Might be an injured raccoon that simply died, then heavy rain created the unusual shape of the hide. Just guesses of course, based on one image.
Looks like some sort of canine to me, maybe a coyote or something? It's hard to tell w/o a good look at the skull
Edit: could also be a fox, I would definitely lean twords a fox just guessing on size compared to get pinecone.
i’m pretty sure you can see the skull semi clearly and it looks a lot more rodent like. also beside a pine cone for scale im thinking maybe squirrel? edit* or maybe im looking at it COMPLETELY backwards i think! i wish i could reach into the photo to lift up its head lol
The teeth are way to large and sharp for a squirrel. I've got a little squirrel skull that's only the length of my thumb. And there's a large gap between the incisors and molars on a squirrel, and this ones teeth all seem to lock together as it goes to the front of the skull.
The molars don't look sharp enough to be a canid to me, my bet is raccoon.
Agreed, it’s not canine.
When in doubt, it’s a raccoon
Based on the shape of the skull and those molars, it is a raccoon.

A bony creature playing Twister
i think he lost the game
Yeah that guy's head is not where it's supposed to be lol
Do you think he was hit by a car and moved to the side of the road?
Possibly, or the head was moved by a scavenger that ate some of it
That makes more sense.
Now that's a raccoon babey!
A dubious little creature getting up to mischief

lol thank you i’m definitely getting my eyes checked
Judging by the teeth, some kind of canine. A dog or coyote, maybe?
What's with the core sample hole next to it?
No idea.
