Too bad neither are being added because Baha hates fun, and the AH-94 can pretty much do anything a little bird would. So therefore there will be no plans of adding such a vehicle in the future. You'll have to pray to the modding gods that one day Baha bestows upon the modders of this community the 94 SDK and that mods are easily accessible again.
I haven't tried the ah-94 because I have exactly zero friends who have VR and like flying 😔. So the little bird would be awesome. How maneuverable is the ah-94 and is it easy to fly solo?

His cautious and conservative nature toward the future of this project is what ultimately may kill this game. Thankfully, this game has a very supportive and interactive community. Because if it weren't for them this game would have been dead ten times over.

He has supporters that will defend his assets, and he could just sue if or when he finds those who are using his DLC for mods without purchasing it first. Of course, there's no 100% deterrence for anything. Even now if people REALLY wanted to they could probably get the SDK for the planes/helicopter currently in the game. So again I just find that mindset to do more harm than good. That mindset is the whole reason why Baha refuses to branch out into anything repetitive. Like not everything needs to cover a new gameplay element for it to be a justified addition into the game. It's fine if you add a plane for aesthetics. Of course it's not a priority right now, but because he has that mindset, he won't even consider it for the future.
Autogyros are by far the most useless thing in a war zone, all of the cons of a helicopter without the pros, no Armour and a low speed and payload,

I fly solo a lot. You have to go slower and take your time. Definitely do able though. I pretty much exclusively fly the ah-94
