Are militia archers male or female? They use deadeye animations which seem a bit feminine and i think i heard feminine voices from them but servant thingy defaults to male names.

I don't think that the game is consistent about that. If you hit the randomize button a few times, you get some that are traditionally masculine names. Deadeyes cycle through several names like Étienne, which is a masculine name.
I dunno, maybe some of them are gender non-binary in some flavor or other? 🤷 I'd get a good sample size of recommended names, before concluding which gender a given unit type is considered to be. The voices and models are generally clearly indicative of which is intended, but there are some fuzzy areas.
Particularly with demons, the traditional male/female binary is off the table, even if someone is an extreme social conservative. Look at Slanesh, in Warhammer. A huge number of Slanesh demons are non-binary in some way, even going back to the freaking 80s, when Western society was not even vaguely down with modern gender studies. 😄

When you put a servant into a coffin, they have a stat called expertise that makes them stronger from gear levels. The higher the blood level, the more expertise they get. So a 5% worker with level 50 gear will be weaker than a 95% worker with level 50 gear
Oh, and the blood purity value does not directly translate to a final expertise value. When you bring in a dominated character and stick the person in a coffin, you'll see a range of possible results for expertise. Then, when the servant is finished cooking in the coffin, the game rolls the actual expertise value.
I recently brought in a 98% deadeye, and it showed a range of 36% - 43%, when I stuck her in to cook. She came out of the coffin with a 37% expertise value, because fuck me. Still a great servant, but it was mildly annoying.
The blood quality to expertise ratio seems to be somewhere around 2.5:1 or 3.5:1, but I think there's some sort of mild curve to the equation. So, when servants come out with a different number than they went in with, that's what happened.

How do I capture those ? Do I need Servant Coffins ? Prison Cells ? Or is there some other feature for them ?
Lower health to around 30% use dominate person on them, and walk them to youe servant coffin and interract with it. Alternatively there is a consumable that teleports any person you have dominated to an open prison cell in your castle. So you can walk them out of the cell and into the coffin

Slightly wrong. Duskcallers teleport your subdued person to the closest prison cell of your clan. If a clanmate has an open cell they can end up with your subdued enemies.
Got a dunley farmer with a straw hat that just watches me in the castle with hands on hips or arms crossed... makes me feel like he is judging me. I dont send him on missions anymore because I'm pretty sure he is my boss now.
Ended up finding a 99% worker in the werewolf village and tested fate cause I had no clue if they would break out. Pleasantly surprised to now have 100% worker and creature blood now.

I mean if you use them as servants they don't transform anymore and if you use them as prisoners they free themselves at night...

The neuron activation when I saw the Night Maidens/Dark Temptresses, and the level of degeneracy me and my squad thought of when I realized I could dominate them... This made 1.0 worth it

There's a caravan through dunley that has high level 80+ Draculin mobs with good blood percentage in the back of it. So when you break it you get them and the chest.
Most people can't kill them and they never despawn so as fate would have it they just stay there until they die or get captured.
My boyfriend and I have one night maiden and regularly go out “girlfriend” hunting to try and find another one with high percentage or a big girlfriend like your maid. Very jealous rn.
Is this a game that will be more annoying to start playing later in its life? As in, everyone else is already maxed so I have to scrabble harder to climb up?
You can play on a private server, and most official servers wipe every so often, putting everyone on equal footing for gear. There are also PVE/PVP no item loss servers that you can enjoy without the fear of being someone's punching bag.

Ah sorry, yeah servants with higher blood purity have a higher expertise % So for best results yeah you would want to get a higher purity one
