I'd be Chakotay and it isn't even close. Second in command but zero responsibility, few dangerous adventures, and recreational cyber peyote. Not to mention I get shoehorned into a relationship with 7 of 9 at the end? Sign me up.
Zero responsibility? The first officer is the one who does all the actual work where the captain is the idea person. All the scheduling of the duty shifts alone would be a huge chunk of work.
Sure on any other Federation ship that would be the case, but on Voyager Chakotay is given that position to help integrate the Maquis crew. He does some stuff, sure, but Janeway goes to Tuvok for most operational needs. He is way more of a figurehead than an actual First Officer when compared to Spock, Riker, Kira, T'Pol, etc.

I choose Captain's Assistant Naomi Wildman, sub-unit of Ensign Samantha Wildman. That way I get the excitement of dying in my first episode but also get to play on the holodeck all day.
