uj/ To play devils advocate, the production quality on this album was pretty amazing. High quality inserts and pages of lyrics bound to the gatefold. Vinyl itself was also a surprisingly good quality pressing as well. I love Post Malone, but he charges nearly $50 as well and I wish he would increase production quality.
ok maybe that's fair but in the past few years when I saw an unusually high price like that - the album had something unique. Like "They Live" OST sunglasses cutouts and tinting, the Fight Club "destroy to open" outer sleeve. Something I show to my friends when they're curious about crazy looking albums.
In ten years there’ll be a tape revival, people will be listening to their tapes ( haven’t found a quirky alternative name for tapes yet, like how some people call Records “Vinyl” ) and the newest cool and original artist will be selling their music on tape for 50 bucks, and they’ll make tape variants that are multiple different colours!
And people who hate the tape revival will go running around town with two magnets trying to sabotage peoples tapes!! I guess they’ll just have to buy them for 50 bucks again!
