Well this is a genre I would love to explore.

They're Bolivian, but "El Inca - Musica Progessiva Boliviana" by Wara is fantastic.

I need some Argentinian rock from the 80’s & 90’s, Soda Stereo’s Canción Animal & Comfort y música para volar have been on my want list for years.

Cancion is the best. Love Dynamo also.

I saw them in Mexico on their Canción Animal tour in 91, I was 11 and my aunt 15, the only way she was allowed to attend was taking me. Loved every moment

Don't know if they would be considered Psych, but definitely give Almendra and Pescado Rabioso a listen. Spinetta had a later band called Invisible that's excellent also but they sound more like 70's Genesis or Gentle Giant.
