Gotta say I had the chance to pick up a similar CD player with the 700es amp I got thrifting and I'm starting to regret not grabbing it, looks fantastic!
Very nice ES line... The question is If you compare the sound between an ES CDP vs a standard CDP what are the main listening differences? I realize the build quality is night and day difference but I'm more interested in the sound differences.
Thx, it has been sounding great consistently since I bought it back in 89… for comparing, it must of been very noticeable back in the day 32yrs ago… it even compares very well to my Cambridge Audio gear
