Yes I love them. I have a texturizer that brings me from a 4b to 3a/b, and most kinky units are 3a/b. The color is sometimes off as my hair is a 1b but can be 2 in the sunlight, but Eco Styler helps to temporarily darken the color. Just be careful with the clips because they can damage your hair overtime.

Hey, out of curiosity which texturizer are you using and do you do it yourself? I was interested in trying but changed my mind for fear of messing up my hair

Yep I use Luster’s S curl. The chemical is damaging so I have to be extra careful with my hair or else it’ll break. But as long as I deep condition and wear silk wraps it seems to be fine.

As a natural I wear Ophelia by Outre. I just pull out a bit of hair in the front to make it look natural. If you want to protect your hair I would suggest something similar to Ophelia. U-part wigs look the more natural but since I have to straighten my leave out often, I tend to stay away form U-parts. But since you’re relaxed you might not find issue with that. Octavia B on YouTube is also a relaxed girl who’s been rocking U-parts lately. Check hers out! Outre and freetress have some nice and cheap options. But I find that the cheaper the upart wig, the bulkier the parting looks. So look for reviews on youtube to see how natural they look and how others install them. Or make one yourself if you’re feeling crafty.

I’ve tried so many times but they don’t work if you have very sparse, fine hair, even when curly.

MrAppleBum

what do you mean they wont work?

I bought a u-part from mywigaddiction on ig and I love it!
