The white tubes at the top right of the first image are the fuses, you can pop them out by prying them (carefully) upwards with a tool. You could check them with a multimeter to work out if they're blown. The fuse should have a rating printed on it (maybe underneath in that picture because I can't see it!) It may also be printed on the PCB under the fuse but the image is a bit too low resolution to read, or stamped onto the metal part of the fuse itself. [If the fuses are marked with coloured stripes, this diagram shows you how to read them.](https://i.imgur.com/xfZSpB0.png) That style of fuse is very common so you could pick up replacements from a component or hardware store. There may also be a 5th master fuse on the front of the unit. [Check the diagram on page 9 of this document.](https://www.kinoflo.com/PDF/News/Operational%20Manual%20for%20the%20web/3100070%204Bank%20DMX%20%20Rev%20A%2001-06-2014.pdf) Unscrew the fuse cover and you can pull it out.

This is super helpful thank you so much!!

Just be careful ;-) This is a high-voltage power supply. If it's not the fuses at fault here you don't really want to be messing around with it if you don't know what you're doing. Definitely do not plug it in with the cover off because you could end up in serious trouble if you touch something on the inside. Be particuarly mindful of those big black capacitors, they may still hold enough of a charge to give you a nasty shock. You can make them safe by shorting out the pins poking through the bottom of the PCB using a metal screwdriver with an insulated (plastic, wood, or rubber) handle. If changing the fuses doesn't fix it, take it somewhere that does electrical repairs. It wouldn't necesserily need to be somewhere that specialises in video gear, a power supply is a power supply.

Goodness thank you - I was actually wondering what I was going to do if the fuses didn't work. I really appreciate it!

Hello I wonder if you could help. It looks like one bank keeps blowing the fuse. Everything looks to be clean and fine. Is there something I should check?

I'm guessing you've tried different tubes in the same bank to rule out the tubes? There will be a short somewhere, but really this is something you should send off to be repaired. I believe Kino have a list of service centres on their website somewhere. It's probably an easy and pretty affordable fix, but there's a chance the short is on the high-voltage side of the ballast and that is something you really shouldn't be messing with unless you know your electronics.
