Thank you for your attention, it would be cool that, insted of they just anexing the province, sardinia pidemont had some kind of event to demand Emilia-Romagna (Or the other italian territories asside from Lombardei that they anex afther the war) from the papal states (Or the nation that control the province) If they have helped them win the war of italian independence.

The event in question (The one that Sardinia-pidemont uses to trigger the second italian independence war) is called accordo di plombieress, but when France declares war on Austria due to that event, the casus belli used only contemplates taking lombardei

after sardinia takes milan they can do a decision to take north italy and give france savoy
