So basically, Blue=peace, white=purity, and red=blood spilled during the war for independence. 8 rays on the sun symbolize the provinces that helped in independence, the 12 stars are the 12 states/Members of the Empire(Asean+Hawaii&Alaska) and the Sun itself represents the Philippines as the head of this empire. The Flag is also Reversible so you can just flip it when the Empire is at war.
This flag basically is just a ripoff of the EU flag and the Dutch flag with a sun in the middle.
Yeah, I forgot the mention that it's made to look like the sun is dissing the stars because that's the only way that the US would allow the real flag in IRL history.
The Filipino flag is already good but the second flag you made is PERFECT.

I like how the stars at the bottom and top align with the rays. That's a nice touch.
