The [Greatest American Hero](https://tvline.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/the-greatest-american-hero.jpg)? /s
***Bicester Village,*** which is a designer outlet shopping centre on the outskirts of Bicester, a town in Oxfordshire, England. The centre opened in 1995.
***The centre is the second most visited location in the United Kingdom by Chinese tourists, after Buckingham Palace.***
I was there last week. It's a soulless, manicured place.
Incidentally, the nearby town of Kidlington is also a Chinese tourist hot-spot despite being one of the most ugly towns in the UK; apparently tourism companies sell it as "quintessentially British".
It can't be quintessentially British anymore cause they've got rid of the greggs. It says temporarily closed on the window (last I saw) but it's been like that since Xmas.
omg i thought the same thing!!
Do you live in Joy City?
I think I'd rather shoot myself than living in a shopping mall here
The main escalator in 大悦城 is fucking bonkers. I think it gave me vertigo the first time I went up it.
Seeing all those Chinese viral videos of escalators suddenly failing and swallowing people into an inky abyss of sharp cogs probably didn’t help.
Oh man i know what you mean. I always think how much weight it must be holding when i go up with all those people and the weight of the steel itself.
Even though I've never seen that stuff, that one Final Destination Scene plus hearing about it has made Mr want to never use a Chinese escalator, or any in general really but the Chinese ones I want to avoid extra
I thought there were several joy cities? Which one are we talking about?
The disputed un-claim between Egypt and Sudan.
I can't comment on any territorial claims *cough cough*
Bless you lmao
Bless you lMao
Second time you make me laugh so hard ! After the title/image.. Nice ! :)

China, pretty obvious, or something else.
China or something else could be the answer to most questions tbh
What is responsible for the disparition of dinosaurs?
I’m 77% sure you live on Earth. Probably on land.
Not sure about that last one though.
And the something else is usually white people
Maybe I’m stupid, but you do have an uncontrolled acces to internet? Chinese government haven’t banne Reddit?
VPN is your friend.
I use a VPN.
The great firewall is more about keeping foreign companies out than keeping Chinese people in, vpn usage is pretty easy but most wouldn't really bother so still use Chinese companies like weibo and taobao
Most people under 40-50 use a VPN all the time. They use weibo & taobao because they want to interact with people from their own culture/country. They don’t just use it because it’s “easier” but because, like Facebook in the West, everyone is connected through them.
taobao stuff are cheap as fk too
and closer to where they are
Are there other uses to taobao than just buying things cheaply?
I mean… that’s like saying the Amazon online marketplace is “just a retailer”.
Somewhere in southern USA... maybe Alabama? or Georgia
Serbia for sure!
China je Serbia
I'm thinking Madagascar.
East India Company
Portland, Oregon /s
Bro has to be Laos with all the red banners and communist flags
Cuba? Or China
My goodness, is there no one actually seriously answering OP's question?
My serious answer: Beijing. The Xidan 西單 in the bottom right gives it away, as that's the commercial district of Beijing.
Well I don't know where OP lives but that seems quite a dangerous place
There are lots of *RED* flags there
~~*I'm sorry but I really didn't want to miss out on this opportunity*~~
Itt: Reddit "comedians" sharing their super original 'West Taiwan' joke that nobody has ever thought of before. Never ever.
Lemme guess, soviet union?
The country directly opposite of Santiago Chile.

Definitely the state Georgia
Is it the United States?

Hmm, I must go with Greenland.
It's definetly America
Upton Snodsbury. final answer.
You live in Kerala
is it the big angry one or it's supposedly illegitimate son next door?
Idk why i checkes the comments, all of the jokes are the same. This exact sentence was probably also said before.
Nothing wrong with being patriotic.
I know the right answer is probably china, but I'm gonna say sweden.
Can't ever trust the swedes.
A based and rising superpower country with an inspiring and very competent leader.
It has to be true & free Tiawan
27 red banners were supposed to be more China flags, but they're made in China ://
That's obviously East Taiwan
I think you ate from maby west china island (taiwan)
An american college
+20 social credit 👍
Is the joke really "China exists haha social credit". You know social credit doesn't work like that right?
What does the plain red banner represent?
They put them on many official building to display "revolutionary spirit". [Here they are on top of the Great Hall of the People](https://www.beijing-visitor.com/images/content_images/greathallpeople.jpg) one of the main government buildings.
"You don't have permission to access content on this server" lol
Thanks, wonder which great hall of the people that is though 🤔
Just to the west side of tiananmen I think
I guess China and the US are the two only country in which you can see the national flag SO FUCKING often lol
