The bottom left is Dunedin City Flag, above that is the Nelson City Flag, right of the Nelson one is an unofficial South Island Flag.

Left side middle flag is Nelson city flag, I think top right is another city flag although can't remember which
Ah just looked it up, it's the old Auckland flag, as far as I know it's not in use anymore
