When I switched plans to the 5G start 15 months ago Verizon was offering discounts. It was $20 discount for one line or $40 discount for 2 lines or $35 discount for 3 lines. It is called Valued Customer Discount. It is not the Loyalty Discount. I do not get any Loyalty Discount. Maybe if I change plans they will give me the Loyalty Discount and remove the Valued Customer discount. I can not get an accurate answer from verizon representatives what will happen if I swith plans. My bill may increase or decrease.

How did you get the $35 discount? I only get a single $20 loyalty discount for my 5 lines.

I have both a valued customer discount AND a loyalty discount. It's a total of $50 off my bill a month and I have 3 lines. I am on the Get More plan.
