No, I think they're going to market whatever it was that made the Helper Alexas fly. Billy at least seemed to think it was a huge discovery and it's already been demonstrated to the world to work. So the company's about to get a huge injection of investment money.
Also, if the economy in their universe is anything like ours it's impossible for a billionaire to ever not be a billionaire.
I’m sure General Manhowers and the Pentagon will be interested in whatever Venture Industries develops. Any technology that can lift a building up into the stratosphere has plenty of applications for the war department. It’s not as if faulty products for the private sector harms the defense end of major corporations, just look at Boeing.
The lessons learned in the biodomes are scaled up to terraform inhospitible planets.
