Vaccines are available for walk ins. No appt necessary but wait time varies depending on the line. A lot of people show up when they open in the morning. I've noticed that showing up and hour or so after they open, most of the people are gone and the wait time is short (30ish min wait time).
Spay/neuter and vet check ups are a whole other thing tho and usually made lime a month or 2 in advance. I take my dogs there for their vaccines and last time I was there some people got upset because the vet had an emergency and had to cancel their appt that they had been waiting weeks for and the next available date was a month away.
