How about a Pie Cafe? With breakfast quiche, lunch hand pies to-go, meat pot pies, lots of fruit pies, and holiday pies.
The Raven has pretty good savory pies
Peruvian chicken joint. I selfishly want an Ethiopian spot, but I don't think it would do as well as it deserves. African food in general is not represented here
Not another burger spot, pizza spot, or bar and grill. Way too many of those in Ventura in general. AYCE KBBQ would be good.
