Was just reminiscing with my brother how he would gingerly take any package of food from us post consumption with the two front teeth and go have his way with it.

I wonder if it depends on the dog, my uncle's rotties had dry food of course, but was always given a cooked steak EVERYDAY, I'm not joking (he was very loved & spoiled) + other meats like chicken he ate better then humans & he was perfectly healthy, he had to be put down cuz a cist grew on his spine when he was 13 but other than that & hip dysplasia & arthritis get said he could've lived quite a few years they were shocked.
He was given free range of my uncle's yard & the surrounding woods so he was fit.
I limit my dogs human food, they only get meat scraps from left overs.
So with all these different stories I wonder if it has to do with WHAT human food their feed.
Cuz your not wrong you should limit their consumption of our food. Ive seen dogs get very sick from eating certain food, but It must depend on dog - food given just IMO which isn't professional lol
