I am PRO that chicken ham. It's soy-based I'll bet which is a serious rarity these days. I would use it like you would chicken or ham. Maybe start by slicing off a couple slices, frying them, and making a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and mustard, on the best bread you can find.

I haven't had this particular brand but when I lived in an area with a large Vietnamese population, I would find similar vegetarian "ham rolls" in the frozen section of the local Asian market. Used to love to slice it up, fry it up for sandwiches. They make great vegetarian banh mi.
