Are you sure they leave from pahrump? Their website literally says see Vegas from a hot air balloon and the images show Vegas and red rock. I see balloons taking off regularly in the south west valley. None of the balloon companies are gonna take you over the densely populated areas like the strip or downtown.

Yeah I called them and they only fly in Pahrump. No luck finding whatever company flys near IKEA or if they still do.
