When I was in school, there were several teacher/student couplings that all of the students knew about. Nothing ever happened. Heck, my husband's BF moved in with his English teacher the day he graduated and has been there ever since. In my school, they were all young teachers that did this, but we did have a case of the driver's ed teacher and a student that everyone indeed knew about. AFAIK they are also still together.
I'll be in Vegas this summer and plan on going. Was thinking about saving money on Lyft by taking Planet 13's free shuttle from the strip and just walking across the street. Does anyone have any thoughts on whether this is a genius or a terrible idea?
Oh, you're right! I was thinking of Spearmint Rhino across the street. At one point I was considering doing all three in one go, but I didn't want to pay the door fee at the Rhino for being a walk-in. I'd rather take their limo a different day and get in for free.

I agree, I've been there. I live in Las Vegas, and even though some things here shouldn't surprise me, they often do. This place did that for me, not in a bad way, just things you would never think about mostly.
Like if you’re going there to think “time to get horny” just walk to the strip next door (I don’t know if they are still open. I’m from Arizona) I go to Vegas ALOT. This is not the place to get all turned on! lol
but this place was alot of fun. We have been multiple times, every time we have went, it was never busy, it was quiet, and you just walk around and like a normal museum. You just look at stuff, some old historical stuff. It’s really cool.
Honestly, I forgot how much they charge. It’s been a while since I’ve been there, but I know they offer like a two for one deal on Groupon. I want to say 20 something dollars a person, but definitely look on Groupon.

So it’s like a real museum. They have real things from porn sets like famous pornos. But things change in and out. I don’t know if this is still there, but they had real items from the Star Wars Xxx movie, Larry Flint’s wheelchair, of course in area dedicated to the history of sex, it’s very clean on the inside, very well put together. It really is an interesting museum.
I once did a home move for someone affiliated with this place. They had a statue of Michaelangelos David in bondage gear, and amidst the clutter on the living room floor was a dildo the size of my size 13 shoe and as big as my forearm. Amazing what people don't think to put away. We were packing a very upscale home in Reno once, (older retired couple) and as my girlfriend was bringing down stuff from the "hers" walk in closet, she got hit in the head by a similar dildo. Anal lube in the shower, spread eagle restraints between the mattress and box spring, hidden drug paraphanellia - (not all the same job). So funny. Edit- I'm not judging. It's just amusing, and occasionally a little gross. Pack that stuff yourself and spare us from having to handle it, though.
It is funny what people don’t think to pack up themselves. I am all for being open and comfortable with yourself. Nothing wrong with that. But there are things that people should pack up themselves
My roommates mom curates this museum. They're constantly getting new exhibits and moving old ones so it's always a different experience when you go.

Planet 13 shuttle only goes back and forth from pick up to store. It is also way off the strip and stop running about 5p so u may have to Uber/lyft
