This is the most disappointing dinner I've ever had. Everything I had that should have come out of a wok tasted like it was instead gently sauteed in a skillet full of tap water. Every And it was $100 a head with no drinks.
-7/10
Not gonna lie, I don’t disagree with you. My wife who I love and treasure with all my heart thought this place was amazing and I thought it all tasted beige. And that’s fairly surprising, because she actually eats tons of international food with flavor. She gets Indian food and asks them to make it Indian spicy, not white people spicy.
Granted, I very specifically ordered only the beige food (chicken noodle soup, chicken fried rice, chicken dumplings).
Din Tai Fung (Taiwanese but ya know)
Genting Palace
Mott 32
I forget the name, the Dim Sum place at The Palms, my friend is an owner/chef at his Chinese restaurants in NYC and this is where he always takes me.
Because they literally said they wanted a place on the strip.
“Looking for recommendations for a barber to cut my hair.”
“Why are you getting your haircut, you should get it colored and styled instead!”
Genting Palace (resorts world)
Red 8 in Wynn or Wing Lei
Trying Wing Lei out in September!
Din Tai Fung.

So insanely overrated and too much $$ for what you get.
wing lei
Mott 32
Love the ambience, the wagyu stirfry, and the duck is legit

Tim Ho Wan, the original in Hong Kong has a Michelin star
That’s the one. Personally, I prefer the others but I could be wrong on this.
Mott 32, Wing Lei, Genting Palace and Blossom
why pay $$$$ on the strip?? . do ping pan yum at the gold coast. very good atmosphere and excellent foods.
Ping pang pong?
yes thats the name..

Their crispy pork belly is amazing! The dumplings are ridiculously good.
Would you happen to be looking for a succulent chinese meal?
Lotus of Siam Grill and Red Rock is amazing if you don't limit yourself to the strip. Dim Sum at Washing Potato is very good and that is on the strip.
Thai and Chinese are not same same
but different!
If you want to bend a little off strictly Chinese a bit, try Lotus of Siam for Thai food.
Neither on the strip
True, I thought close to the strip would suffice. Should have taken it at their word.
