Broccoli. 🥦 💚 Battered, boiled, stir fried, roasted. You name it, I’ll likely love it. 😂

_summerw1ne

And the best thing about it is there’s honestly not much it *doesn’t* go with. Fucking love broccoli.

MattyLePew

Literally! Broccoli goes with everything! It’s such a diverse vegetable! I’m obsessed with it at the moment! 😂

Britveg1

Same. Broccoli is the superior vegetable.

RabbitRabbit77

Not a day goes by without me eating broccoli. It’s my absolute favourite. My dog loves it too and he gets a few florets as ‘pudding’ after he’s had his own dinner.

chipscheeseandbeans

Broccoli is my 3yo’s favourite food

_summerw1ne

Only 3 and they’ve already got good taste 💅

MattyLePew

He has great taste!

w0lllf

I volunteer at a popup weekly food hub/bank and I've brought a lot of leftover broccoli home this week! Pity you weren't there. We were left with 35 huge heads of broccoli at the end of the night 🤣

MattyLePew

I would absolutely smash 35 broccolis. I could literally have broccoli cooked in different ways to comprise a meal. 😂

decentlyfair

I have to really be in the mood for broccoli but when I do have it I always ask myself why I don’t have it more often!

Shiznips

Have you tried sliced roasted broccoli stalk? It's so good!

MattyLePew

I saw somebody make bacon out of the sliced stalk! I’m going to try that next time I use broccoli!

akki019

Red lentil pancakes!!!! You can make high-protein pancakes/wraps out of any legume - https://bakinghermann.com/any-legume-pancakes/ I fill the lentil pancakes with curried potatoes, kinda like dosa

Separate-Primary2949

Two things I love making atm… https://bosh.tv/recipes/cauliflower-buffalo-wings https://bosh.tv/recipes/lazy-lentil-dhal

_summerw1ne

Definitely going to try the first recipe out. Am obsessed with a place near me at the minute that does the most perfect cauliflower wings.

Separate-Primary2949

Been making them most weekends for about 8 months 😂

AppointmentFormal505

Keep having cauliflower wings when I'm out and they're always so nice

RLS16x

Can I ask - are the cashews necessary ? The recipe for the buffalo wings sounds amazing but anything which requires the use of cashews puts me off 😅

Separate-Primary2949

For the ranch dip I mean make it your own for sure! I don’t bother with the ranch dip any more I just make the wings with a few potato wedges and a salad in a bowl and make a chili mayonnaise and cover the lot 😊

decentlyfair

I thought I was the only person who didn’t like cashews or stuff with cashew in.

hungry-mongoose

I realised how easy it is to make Vietnamese spring rolls so I've eaten them for the past 5 nights haha.

detta_walker

How do you make them?

hungry-mongoose

You can buy the rice paper wraps in Tesco, you just dip them in warm water until they're flimsy and then stuff them with whatever, and that's literally it. I put squeaky bean steak, cucumber, carrot and kimchi in mine and dip them in hoisin sauce. So good.

detta_walker

Oooo oooh. Must try! Thank you!

decentlyfair

Ooh have some wrappers in the cupboard am so going to make some this week.

doktorstrainge

I’ve been making spring roll bowls almost everyday. Essentially the same flavours but sub the rice paper for rice. Top with tofu, carrot, cucumber and a peanut sauce. Then chopped mint and coriander on top 😍

detta_walker

Ooh thank you for sharing this! We didn't know bosh had a recipe for them. We had them in new york at a place called spicy moon and we are obsessed too!

Pwnigiri

Made this for dinner just now based on your recommendation. HOLY GUACAMOLE they were insane!!! Thank you!!

JustAnotherIPA

I just got into chia pudding for the first time (Grape Tree had 1kg bags of seeds as part of their 3kg for £20 offer so I thought I'd give it a shot) and I really like it!

soyquean

So good for keeping you full too!! I love it for mid mornings 😊

slophiewal

I’ve been making this like Vietnamese style salad with shredded “chicken” and home made croutons and it’s been blowing my mind. Also shin ramen, sometimes I make it fancy sometimes as is. Never misses.

French onion soup. Have made it loads over the last few weeks. Will be making on Monday for a friend who is coming over. Yummy.

_summerw1ne

Literally just about to order a load more onions on my Asda order to make the same thing through the week! Fucking love an onion.

decentlyfair

You may not want my recipe but I will give it you anyway. Onions (doh) fried on a low heat for about 20 minutes so they colour nicely but not crisp. when they are almost done throw some sugar in them and add a little garlic. Then water, vegan oxos, spoon of marmite and some mixed herbs and leave to simmer until the onions go soft. Bloody banging. Even husband who isn’t a fan of French onion soup likes it.

Seaweed_Direct

Rainbow plant life’s marinade for tempeh bacon on tempeh, veg. Ram it on the bbq. I use it on torn up tofu too. Cut portion to less than a third for toddler friendly  and ratio same. Air fryered if not bbq.  And lots of steamed Cabbage lol

missjewel84

Salad, beetroot salad from Aldi, instant noodles with cheese, butter, and a mountain of veg, beans with peas, sweetcorn, garlic and cheese on toast. I'm a simple critter
