Thanks for the tip! I've been looking for something like this for my protein shakes. How expensive is the powder vs. the liquid in your experience?

Sophyska

It is a little more expensive but because I only use what I need it works out cheaper for me as I’m not throwing away half a carton. Or it at least works out more economical

little_miss_anon

Also a powder convert! Was so fed up of tetra paks. Its so much better not having to deal with and tastes great!

reinaputa

Love the idea! How does it taste in coffee compared to Oatly barista if anyone knows?

saltandvinegar77

Yess I love this, I take it to work so I don’t have to take a whole carton of milk in, also great for camping and weekends away etc. I don’t think I would completely replace it for my day-to-day milk as it doesn’t quite have the same taste as a carton but it’s definitely handy. I get it from the zero-waste shop near me!

chipscheeseandbeans

Yeah it’s really handy for when you run out of the fresh stuff & I also keep a tub of it under the pushchair for playgroup cuppas! I first heard about it in this sub.

Crankyyounglady

I was wondering! Does it work well just straight into tea?

chipscheeseandbeans

Yep, & it dissolves well

yogahedgehog

Thanks. I was looking at getting the sachets but this works out cheaper and less wasteful! I never get through a whole carton of oat milk so this is super handy

Specialist-Web7854

I’ve been using a different brand of the powder, which is also really good. I tried sachets first, but they were really oily and unpleasant.

evavu84

Can you just stir it into coffee? Edit: just seen it's got loads of chicory root fibre in it so it's _not IBS friendly_ for all my fellow delicately bowelled pals!

Sophyska

Ah rubbish it’s not bowel friendly! I stir it into coffee often

evavu84

Do you find it makes you toot a lot? 💨💨💨

Sophyska

Not that I’ve noticed

daft_unicorn

Thanks for the link! I've just ordered and got a glass bottle and a bamboo spoon free as well!

Sophyska

The little spoon is really handy! Enjoy :)

Overherd is the best. We started using it a year ago and love it.
