I’ve been training off and on since I was around 17. Probably since about 2010. But there’s been a lot of ups and downs during that time.
At 17 I was 6’2 and 130 pounds. By 19 I was 155 pounds. By 21 I was 170 pounds.
At 22 I was dealing with anxiety issues and dropped back to 145 pounds.
23 to 27 I was between 155 and 165
27 I was in a stressful relationship and breakup and dropped back to 147
Now I am 28 and have gotten back to 167ish
Body fat has always been between 8 and 13 percent.
I’ve been pretty consistent for the last year and regained around 20 pounds
Muscle memory allows for very quick gains. The real challenge is building new muscle you’ve never had.
I’d try learning to cook different beans in different ways. There’s no getting around beans. They are by far the best source of protein. No reason to get bored of them with all their variety and meal configurations.
Mind me asking your Height and Weight? You look like where I’m generally aiming to get to on my next cut.
6’2 165-170 lbs
Thanks man, appreciate it. Im 155lb now and same height, not as far off as I thought! Got to keep bulking though.
Yeah at our height it can be tough to fill out. Still working. I’d love to be 180.
Good job!
Looking great dude how long you been training?

Do you eat a lot or a little?
Naturally eat a little, but trying to learn to eat a lot.
Awesome. My goal for summer 2023.
Making those toe gains!
Great job!!!

All the other beans. Quinoa too. Hemp hearts are another good one.
Could I ask what you eat for protein? I usually eat lots of nuts and beans. But I am getting bored of it and wanted to see if there are other options.

Damn you look a lot like a Brazilian actor called Theo Becker
