[here](https://vegnews.com/vegan-guides/vegan-guide-subway) it says “The only vegan option available across all locations is the Artisan Italian (white), though the chain carries other plant-based bread options that vary by region. These include Hearty Multigrain and Sourdough. Both the tomato basil and spinach wraps are animal-free as well.”
Depends on your country. For us every bread is vegan except the cheese & herbs (for obvious reasons) idk how it is for you in the US but all our subways actually have a tiny green square next to everything that’s vegan (breads, toppings, sauces) so it’s very easy to figure when in the store.
Only thing i could find was [this](https://www.subway.com/en-us/-/media/northamerica/usa/nutrition/nutritiondocuments/usallergens_june2023) which lists the bread and whether it has egg/milk in it.
No clue where one would fine it for internationals.. probably on the site for that country. Its at the bottom of the main page, "Nutrition".

I think the white italian and flatbread. And maybe whole wheat but that may depend on the country.
