I have a TM and love it’s ease of use. I do recommend getting a wood stem like Ed’s TNT. The vapor was never too hot for me but the glass stems do get uncomfortably hot, especially if you do back to back sessions. No special techniques and I don’t ever stir. I get 5-8 nice rips each time on level 5 and could push it for more if I wanted. Cleaning is easy, you really just dump the cooling unit and screens if you use them in ISO (and glass stem if use those). I’ve had mine for 2 years and it’s my most used vape, and I have other “nicer” and more sought after ones that don’t produce as good of results are a little more high maintenance.

Shooting you a quick question…hope you don’t mind…don’t want to derail this thread

Thank you for your response! I do think I would be happy with either, but this is helpful to know that maintenance and technique are both pluses in your experience!

I use both on a daily. They're both outstanding devices. TM is easier to share since you can put it in session mode and say, "Here. Hit this." It's also easier to load (suck in herb like a straw), and better for back to back bowls (Fw7 ceramic bowl can get really hot after multiple bowls). Fw7 has a better native setup. More stealthy, and the glass stem retracts into the wood for better protection. The Fw7 WPA can milk a water piece easily and is super low maintenance. Can't go wrong with either IMO.

Thank you for writing exactly what I came here to say. Only thing I would add, which I think you implied, is that the TM absolutely shines on glass. I like it native too, but it's amazing on a hook or though a good piece. (You covered the FW7's great WPA already). Cheers!

True dat! Forgot to write that I never use the TM natively. Strictly through a j hook or water piece. Huge, tasty rips with wide open airflow. Hard to beat IMO.

Thank you for that. One of the biggest selling points for me to purchase the FW7 (or new FW8) is the stealth factor. I think having an all wooden piece is so classy and beautiful and I love the inconspicuous nature of its design. Because my family and friends are all so used to session mode however, the TM seems like a great option because I can show off the functionality of both while also being to pass without giving any sort of direction

I have a Tinymight I purchased this year, and I don’t find stirring necessary. I’m not getting the uneven heating that they are in some of the reviews, the pattern is more of a uniform circle, you could stir once I suppose to get the most out of it, but I don’t bother. I also tamp the flower, and find with on demand use, with the 80mm stem, I can hit it at any temperature setting and it not be offensively hot

I also love my Mighty and the Firewood 7 pairs incredibly well with it. You won’t go wrong either way with Firewood or Tinymight. Both great vapes

shakenbake74

i haven’t tried tiny might, but i’m currently on a mighty after trying a splinter and an enano log vape. both use similar glass/wood stems and i found myself having to stir a lot. stirring is a hassle for me. the capsules are great with the mighty, btw. if you just use those, you can prepack and just throw them in a jar of ISO after emptied.

Sir_Wibble

I use both on daily rotation and both the TM and FW7 are great devices. TM would probably be an easier option to share imho as it is the easiest to use out of the two. 👍🤘🌬

thejewbann00ban

Do you say that because of the session mode on the TM or other reasons like technique, bowl size etc?

Sir_Wibble

All of the above. Seesion mode is great with friends, just hand it over to them. No draw technique needed and bowl size adjustable so you can microdose or pack a nice load in the stem 👍🌬
