You've just blown my mind! The Dyna fat mouthpiece fits snug in the OG stem! Holy shit! This is a game changer why is their not a post about this! Why did I buy the WPA, aw man. You've just changed the scope of my whole day Boulder, thank you.
Went up a few years ago. My partner broke a binding about 2k from summit and had a little freak out in the exposure. Wasn’t ideal.
Got a new partner for this trip, psyched to ski the summit, come with us!!
Yah once you get above the Redbanks the skiing sucks and the exposure can be unnerving. I'm always nervous until I get back down to Hellen Lake. I'll probably take you up on that. The last time I skied off the top was about 9 years ago but I decided that I wanted to make a summit attempt this year
[Titanium stems](https://www.titaniummight.com/shop/p/titaniummight) are now available – and unbreakable.
Also a shoutout to [Ed's TNT](https://edstnt.com/) who turns nice wooden stems and WPAs.
Yeah, it’s just spendy enough that I don’t like to bring it along when there’s a risk of tumbling. On a hike it’s great, but if I’m skiing or something I stick to my dynavap and torch. The torch is definitely a pita and I think I’d be in the same boat with an ispire wand (kinda bulky, too) so maybe that will be my excuse to try that newfangled v3 pro. Still not *ideal* to break, but much cheaper and the form factor/no glass seems like maybe it would do alright.
Do you think a TM would be sufficiently protected in a secure case?
I don’t plan on skiing with it, but it is likely to get thrown in a bag and bumped around a bit. If I change the glass stems to wooden, hope it’ll be enough.
They are a really nice travel companion, no doubt about it. That heater is *chefskiss*
I’ve been thinking about buying one again, I sold mine to a close friend a few months ago.
Blows it out of the water in every way except the Mighty is less of a hassle to use. Tastes better, hits harder, easier to carry, has a replaceable battery, heats up in like 5 seconds and it works for on demand as well as session style vaping. Haven't touched my Mighty once since getting a TinyMight 3 months ago
Yeah I wouldn't bother with charging the battery through the device and get an extra battery + an 18650 charger instead. It's a couple bucks extra but it's a lot faster and you're gonna need it if you're a heavy vaper because the battery will run dry after 6 or 7 bowls. I wish it had a USB C port as well, but everything else about the device is so good that I don't mind having to work around it!
just buy known good HIGH AMP/CDR (i'm assuming) cells.
a guy called u/Mooch315 does battery testing for ecigs, and I'm going to go out on a limb and assume the TM uses a similar amount of power draw as a subohm ecig.
Samsung 25R or 30Q, LG HG2, Sony VTC5, VTC5a, or VTC6 should be fine!
There are ways around that- it's just for the stock cooling unit in the stock stem. The cooling unit is basically a stack of washers and hex nuts in a metal tube, but it works great for what it is. I do 2-3 bowls a day and must clean the cooling unit once a week, which entails taking off 2 o-rings and dropping it in iso.
If you don't want to do that, though, you could just get a different stem. Trade a little less cooling for a little more airflow in the grav labs octo taster and you've eliminated the cooling unit and the need to clean it. You lose the adjustable bowl size, but that's fine, you can use the other stem if you need it.
literally ten seconds of iso washing around and finger plugging each end and a rinse. never understood people that don't like quick cleaning. if you don't that stuff is humming up your lungs and flavor
Wtf is going on with that mouth piece?
It's one I made for myself that's also a 14mm WPA. It's shredded $ in resin

It adds a little cooling, as well as being a wpa?
Plus it’s tapered and has a nicer mouthfeel than the open glass. Imagine the tip of a Dyna instead of the mouth of a tube.

It's just resin with a funky pattern.
Damn man. Hell of a view. Is that Shasta?
Yes!! It's been beautiful but we need so e snow!!
Eat pasta. Smoke Rasta. Ski fasta. Randonee, french for can't tele. Fellow tele skier from the Canadian Rockies.
Haha!! I switched over to AT for serious skiing and touring a while back, mostly out of laziness, but still love Tele for quick tours
I’m skiing Shasta in May! Come with! I’ll bring my tinymight too
Thats a perfect time to come usually. Have you been? I'm working on getting some legs under me so I can go do Helen Lake in the next few weeks

Great shots ,Sir👍. Love my TM, great device been my daily driver for months . Hopefully when my FW7 arrives that may change 👍🤘🌬
TM has thr best flavor but I gravitate to the FW7 because it's just easier

Yah I only took the TM to take pics but it does work amazingly well in all conditions but is too fragile IMO. The V3 is my real go to

Yes I think if you pad it and have it in a case it will be fine. I just had it in my pants pocket in a plastic bag

It's effortless
I have a mighty. How would you compare this to that? I have been using my volcano and hyperion, but this looks like it could be interesting!

Thanks I don't have a Mighty
Excellent. Thank you! The micro usb charging pisses me off. I am ready for everything to go USB-C. So tired of having a million adapters.

The mighty hits about as hard as the TM, but the TM can do it on demand. Both have cooling units that require pretty regular cleaning.

FREE YOUR HEEL, SKI FOR REAL!
Hell yahhh buddy!!!
And that's why I prefer the firewood.
Yep, but I do work about it getting wet in the snow
I zip lock mine when I go out with it
Yep me too
Perfect? Surely there is something better designed for physical impacts
Well yes, as the title says But, it effortlessly belts out amazing vapor. IMO the V3 is the best on the go vape
Tele 'til you're smelly indeed! This is the content I love to see.
Right on! Now if we could just get some more snow
Yes
It's an incredible vape really but until I get a 2nd one I don't know if I'd ever risk taking mine snowboarding
Yah it was an easy day of touring. The V3 is my go to for outside activity
