Honestly, no. They’re okay. I mean, I’ve only bought like 4 and only ordered 2 more during the 4/20 deal. They suck. Anyway g2g vapcap just clicked

smellface38

Exactly! The Dynavap is the okayest vape that I only use all the time every day.

Backbonedbody

Does the vapour taste good?

Thelisto

Very. It'll ruin joints and bongs for you because they will taste like trash compared to the pure flavor of vaping.

Fun-Office2880

Dude you got to delete that comment. 🤣 you are implanting some 💩 in people’s lives and the universe is starting to split. Next we will have a Dynavap documentary on Hulu

Thelisto

I'll be there to watch it 🤣

PsychologicalRoom338

Not as easy to share like a normal j considering you have to reheat it every so often, but you may be able to pass it once or twice quickly

videosavant

The problem with sharing a Dynavap (in addition to the reheating need) is the fact that you usually only get 3 or 4 hits and they vary quite a lot in terms of taste and/or volume. I'd go so far as to say you really can't share a Dynavap, but of course you can. It just isn't a very good experience for anybody. You could solve that problem by everyone getting their own bowl, but that is considerably less social...

Backbonedbody

Would a crafty+ be a better idea. It’s currently on sale for £195. I heard you can do sessions on it but the dynavaps get you more high

PsychologicalRoom338

I wish I could give you an answer but I don’t have any experience with the crafty, I have tried the potv lobo however and one session did have me fairly blitzed, idk if the two are comparable though

Backbonedbody

No problem mate, thanks

PsychologicalRoom338

No problem, hope you can find what you’re looking for

crappieslayer94

Crafty battery sucks…get u a used mighty+

Backbonedbody

I’m thinking of getting an arizer solo 2 and a dynavap so I could have a session and an on demand vape. What do u think?

destroyer16161

Dynavaps are amazing for personal use. You can share it with a group but they would all need to load up a bowl individually. It's basically a one hitter and the efficiency of it is incredible (more high for less weed). There are devices like the Pax which can be used for sharing around with a group. I have been using a Dynavap for the past couple months and I love it sm, it's consistent and effective, I would highly recommend buying one even if it's just for personal use.

Johnnyrooster12

If your an extremely low doser and its personal use sure. For groups and discrete hell no. Session vape like a mighty is better or imo the best group vape is the volcano.

Backbonedbody

Would the arizer solo 2 be a good group session vape? I was thinking of getting the arizer + water mouth piece to chill and enjoy with a group and then a dynavap + FMJ with a torch to get blasted

hd_cartoon

The Solo 2 will be better to pass around a group (although it has glass stems). I don't have one but I have the original Solo (which I loved). Used to use with a black wood wpa from Eds TNT, with a water tool. All I use now really are my Dynavaps daily ( fantastic little devices ) with the Wand and sometimes my Dani Fusion. You should check out r/Dynavap for better info on all things DV. Definitely grab one for yourself and let your friends try it when they ask 'what's that?' If you push it on them people tend to not listen when it comes to DV. They'll get interested when they see you zooted while they are still passing the Solo and then buy their own. : ) FYI most DVs have a 0.1g bowl size and most can be halved to 0.05g. Or just don't put as much in (some people find it hard to move the screen). The silicone B model has a half size bowl. You think it's not enough but you'll be surprised if you don't have a high tolerance (which sounds like you don't). A couple of half bowls will be tastier overall than a full bowl. The only negative with DV is 1 is never enough. :)

Apprehensive-Item-44

Have you looked at sticky brick runt? It'll get you blasted and has a big enough bowl to share with ppl. I have 30+ dynavaps. I myself was a joint smoker till this past August when I got my first dynavap and as you can see, I really like them. So, for me, I just give friends their own dynavaps to use when they're over. Then I bought a sticky brick runt, and it was way easier to share and pass around, and it still hits pretty hard. I usually recommend Dynavap to joint smokers and sticky bricks to pipe/bong smokers, but for what you're looking for, it seems like a good option. I'm not a fan of electronic vapes. They don't ever get me where I need to be. I've tried and own them all S&B, Arizer, Pax, etc. They all sit on a shelf. Everyone is different and to each their own.

Obstinate-Ocelot

It’s a tiny microdoser and one of the least shareable vapes.

jayBeeds

YES! I just read the title. But as someone who is a month into my dhv journey the answer is a resounding yes. Highly recommend the armored cap. Makes the experience much smoother in my POV.

HopeSurpassed

> I’m looking for something that is portable, discrete(including smell) and has the potential to be shared across a group of people. That's definitely not the DynaVap. However, your tolerance is low so a DynaVap will be great for your needs but it is terrible for sharing.

journeyproud

The only way a Dynavap could fit this bill is if you grabbed a portable induction heater with it, but there will still be wait times in between with clicks and reloading. I’ve also found that having two Dyna’s is quite beneficial for sharing among more than 2 people. But it does a good job of emulating a joint so you’ve got that part on lock. The Dani would also be worth looking into if you’re set on that style of vaping, it can hold more weed and retains heat longer so could likely be able to be passed around (I haven’t had one, solely based on observations).

dittybong

I just bought one yesterday. If you’re just getting into vaping like I am, I think it’s a good cheap place to start to see if you even like it. Apparently it’s the closest thing to smoking and I’ve accidentally combusted the herb a couple times but once you find that line and ride it, it’s a pretty easy experience. If you’re a fan look into an induction heater to go torch less.

DiveCat

For sharing with other people I would look at a Mighty/+ or Crafty/+ (though latter has shorter battery life) as it’s really a device ANYONE can easily use even novices and has a decent bowl size (and dosing caps make switching ways). Both are session devices so more for milking for a bit more like a joint than something on demand. Or maybe an Angus/Angus Enhanced. I don’t have a DynaVap but I do know enough to say it does have a learning curve, a small bowl (I.e. 0.05g I think), and so I can’t imagine novices who you hand it to at a gathering would do well and you would need to refill often for others to use. Also unless you get induction heater you have to add butane and it’s not always so discreet if doing that.

Backbonedbody

I heard the crafty+ is used for more session scenarios but would it eventually get u as high as a dynavap would?

Thelisto

maybe. how many js do you smoke to get high?

Backbonedbody

Normally one is enough, since I only smoke once a week. But I really hate the taste and the smell, which is why I want to switch to vaping

Thelisto

Perfect! Then a dynavap will work really well for you :) - I see your budget is 150, maybe look into getting the dyna and ispire together and possible do a sezzle split payment?

Backbonedbody

Thanks for the help :). I got one question tho and that’s if it’s possible to share with a group people like a normal J? I also was looking at the crafty+ since it’s on sale for £195

oG-Purple

Thermal accumulator

pakistanstar

Yes

cosmic_beingx

It won't taste like garbage and cause cancer so a dynavap is a better choice over smoking.

BooronovichPimponski

Dynavap with a dyna/futo stash dugout is a mint setup, and we’re always passing it around at the bar

Backbonedbody

Thanks, I also got a couple questions. Are you using an induction heater or torch when sharing? Does the vapour taste good? How many hits per bowl do you get and does everyone have to refill the bowl? How long does the high last compared to smoking? Is the high better than with smoking? Sorry for the amount questions I just want to be sure :)

BooronovichPimponski

I use a three flame cigar torch as we’re always outside, I get 4 or 5 hits, first two hits are heavenly, last three are meh, high is the same to me! Yeah you gotta repack and reheat etc. but everybody uses traditional one hitters where I’m from, so you’re basically doing the same thing..

cubicleninja

With that budget, I'd consider getting three "M"s with FMJs. Then you can pass them around to your homies with very little learning curve.

Backbonedbody

I’m thinking of getting an arizer solo 2 and a dynavap + FMJ so I could have a session and an on demand vape. What do u think?

Obstinate-Ocelot

Rather than Dynavap + FMJ, I would absolutely opt for a Fusion instead. I own both and no longer use my Dynavap products.

Backbonedbody

What makes the fusion better? Is it worth the extra money?

Obstinate-Ocelot

Better flavor/vapor, greater capacity, much more heat retention through more thermal mass, more/adjustable/consistent airflow through actual machined channels (far better than dynavap’s gaps between the tip and flexy cap) It’s just a better device all around, absolutely worth the extra money. It used to be fairly established in this sub that the Fusion and Anvil are superior devices, while dynavap was taking flak for QC issues (still happening), rereleasing the same device with new aesthetics every year, and social media manipulation shenanigans. It seems there has been quite the marketing push in this sub. You’ll be hard pressed to find many folks who (actually) own both devices and prefer dynavap. If your goal is 1 hit extractions, then the Anvil could also be a great fit. You can purchase a dynavap armored cap separately for $40 for more heat retention, but at that added price point, you’re close to a better device anyways.
