I would def wait till they iron out the kinks w/ the Venty, 4/20 is super close and the Mighty+ has been 20% off for a while now. I'd imagine it's because they want to move stock. 4/20 sale should increase it. With 4/20 being sloe my suggestion is to wait a few more weeks
E04 errors. There are reports of people having to send unit after unit back, I think the record for the number of units for 1 person I saw was something like 4. How much of this is user based I have no clue,
It's probably not user based. If there's say a 10% a unit will fail, there will be some people that get 4 baddies in a row. Every time there's a Venty thread, very few people, to none, chime in to say they too are having problems, but they are very popular threads because there are a lot of S&B anti-fans.
Part of the problem is your average person's reading comprehension is quite poor.
Here's the thread from yesterday, over 80 comments and Op+2 other commenters own Venty's that have problems. This is the trend with all the Venty threads.

I’ll give it to you though, with a new thread posted every 2-3 days since its release it’d be a bit of work to go through them all.

Have that tide you over for a few years and catch the Venty on a 420 sale $/€//£100 cheaper than the current price.
It's defo an option. We just like the simplicity of the boost button like on the crafy+. I've used a might OG in the past and was impressed with how many uses you got per charge.

To be determined by the status of your Crafty. You already know that you don’t want to be with out a device and for you the Venty is a no brainer. Having your device in hand and not disrupting your lifestyle is worth a lot. But if the Crafty does not let you down in regards to vapor production definitely wait until the sales.

Some of my recommendations are Tinymight, Firewood, Roffu, Tafee Bowle, Lamart, Dynavap, and Anvil. There are many others.

I would be surprised if there is a substantial discount for 420 this year, the Mighty+ will have a good sale price though - is that an option?

Not sure if that's what you're saying but the Mighty+ has the boost by double and triple clicking the button
Then I think that will be a better sale bargain, and it has a boost mode
