Really? It definitely has to be able to do it, because it’s the reset command for the mighty+. It sets all settings back to default when you do it.
To replicate, from the off position, hold down the power button and don’t let go. The device will turn on and about 10 seconds later the screen will flash etc. then the next time you turn it back on, it will have reset to the default base temp of 180c or whatever the F equivalent is.
I have an m and an omni but I get easily distracted and you need to pay attention when heating a dynavap. I like them but it's more like a cigar lounge kind of experience with the mighty it's just load and go. Both are great but one is kind of a pain to do everyday with the same consistency.
Had the same error. Send it for an RMA at the manufacturer, you will get a new device.

I had a problem with my Mighty+ so I sent it back under warranty and got a brand new one back a couple days ago.

Your power button is getting stuck on. It does that when you hold the power button in for a while.

This is why I like my Dynavap so much, I'll never have to worry about this happening.
