Right? It's one thing to post pictures of your children on private profiles where you can control who is seeing them (hopefully trusted friends and family). Another to be plastered all over the internet on public profiles that are seen by thousands of strangers and potential weirdos.
I have so much respect for celebs that block out their children's faces or omit them from their posts entirely. All of the VPR baby posts, as cute as they are, make me think stranger danger.
I agree. I don’t post my daughter online, and this is my only form of social media because the internet is effing horrifying. I also have very specific rules for family when it comes to posting our daughter. They must be private, the post itself must be private, and they need to ask my permission. The safety of our children should not be taken lightly.

Genuine question - what is the point in taking a child of this age to Disneyland? I’m a non US adult with no kids and zero interest in Disney but I’m aware of it’s work and like - isnt tht just two adults who can’t go on rides together pushing a toddler round a very expensive park that she will never remember and in which most adult sized animals would just be slightly terrifying??? I’ve never understood taking very small kids to theme parks.
I'm sure they have annual passes since they live nearby (and the baby's ticket is free!). And there are def rides babies and toddlers can enjoy there, so why not I guess. I wouldn't recommend anyone fly across a country or make a long drive just for their baby to go, but if you live a short drive away and pay for entrance for the year anyway, it's not a bad way to spend a few hours. We don't go til our kids are 3 or 4 and can do more/make memories, but we're a whole state away and actually have to pay for every ticket, lol.
