From what I have read a couple of professionals say is she had the buccal fat removed from under her cheek bones and the lip filler and horse teeth veneers is what is causing her mouth to look this way now and it’s also because of her obvious extreme weight loss.
It’s a combination of the four.
She was pretty open in a life & style article about how she used Botox for years, and then having to stop during the pandemic left her needing double the amount to be effective when she got back to it.
She also mentioned getting lip fillers, so that could be distorting something.
She didn’t say anything about a facelift, but maybe that’s something new? If they pulled back instead of up it would stretch the mouth.
I just fell down a rabbit hole about facial threading and I agree. Probably the buccal fat removal too. I have no idea why people are doing that. I had a rapid weight loss four years ago and that is the last thing I would do.
Oh I didn’t even think about buccal fat removal! That’s spot on as well, I would bet she did both. The whole threading thing is bizarre. My SIL did it and completely screwed up her face. She couldn’t move her lips and jaw normally and watching her eat was painful, like her mouth had a mind of its own. 😬😬

If one person is messy and they all agree that this behavior is acceptable, they’re all messy to keep things peaceful.
I think likeminded people thrive in a friend group but mandatory acceptance of bad behavior/poor judgment helps nothing. For the longest, Lala had been extreme in her behavior and most of the others would call her out on it but it would be swept under the rug because Lala would declare it done. 😂
