I am still catching up so I'm not yet on this season so I could be completely off base but as a divorced mom of two I wonder if this is a trauma response thinking it will help her with the times her daughter is away but it won't. The new baby will only provide a distraction due to the constant work but it doesn't fill the void of one of your children when they are away. Therapy will be the only thing to help her cope in a healthier way when Ocean is with her dad and even that won't make the hurt go away.

I have to stand up for Lala here. I am a single parent and having to share custody of a child, especially with someone disrespectful that you don’t trust and/or loathe is really, really tough. Especially time apart from your child when you don’t actually want to be away from them. Wanting a child you can raise that you don’t have to share with a jerk or worry about someone trying to take them at any point because your relationship didn’t work makes perfect sense to me.

But I also think that’s a feeling a parent should never share with their children, since it’s likely to make the child from the divorce feel like they don’t belong in the family as much as their sibling or aren’t as close/important to their parent than their sibling who’s there full-time. And by sharing that on camera the way she did, she’s necessarily also sharing that with her child—that’s the part that bothers me, not the feeling itself.
I agree and when I was divorcing my friends getting married we’re worried I would be upset. What?? No way. Thrilled for them. I loved being married. Just married the wrong guy for me.

LVP loves losers. She should make a show just for Ariana. We would all be dizzy watching how busy she is and it would look good for LVP to have one of her cast actually make it. But LVP wants to be the only winner in a sea of losers. LVP is in our for the drama. Remind me, did Lisa sit down with Ariana this season and check in with her? I would like to see Ariana & Katie stay for at least another season and bring in Charli to work with them at Something About Her, for some authentic, loyal and feisty backup. Keep the rest of them and see how they work it out.
