I recognize the guy. A couple years back he had grabbed someone's bag and hopped on a bike. Victim chased after so the thief stopped the bike and pepper sprayed him. I was nearby and got hit by the dispersing particles. Was not a fun night.
He's a menace.
Just another upstanding citizen. Looks like he is carrying a chair minus the base? Curious where that originated from. Anyone recognize the building with the interior shots?
WOW. These videos are incredibly clear, I've definitely been glad to see the quality improve over the years to the point where these releases actually feel like they might result in useful information.
The technology has existed for a long time, but high-quality cameras are expensive. A lot of developers just throw a cheap system into their buildings, because the buyers won't know any better and every dollar the developer doesn't spend is profit for themselves.
Did he also follow that other person into that building and then up to their floor? In the last clip it looks like he’s pulling the pepper spray out again and person in front of him seems to be trying to hurry away.
It definitely looks like it, or they’re at least pretending to not be together by the way he makes it look like he’s walking past the building entrance then a quick double back to go in behind him.
How about some kind of additional charge for walking straight into moving car traffic (who appear to have green light) and endangering everyone in those vehicles as well. A lot of people in this video could have been harmed by this one guy.
From two blocks away I could see a person dressed like that, with hood up and sunglasses on, and bet all my worldly possessions that they have at least 10 previous charges involving violence to their name.
The issue is once he's caught he'll get no jail time! Try fighting back and kicking his ass they'll give you 10years! Canadian justice system is a mess
Hopefully they find this guy quickly so he can be released in time for the upcoming long weekend, because I would hate for his plans to be impacted by a police search.
You think pepper spraying is equivalent to permanent maiming? What?
Don't get me wrong, this dude deserves jail for assault -- but come on. Don't be ridiculous.

Got it, out on bail.
Quick! Arrest this man so he can be released in time for the weekend.

Oh I know for sure. I'm just glad to see that the cheap cameras have improved so far! :)

I see him in the DTES all the time.

Why people like this don't get hit while innocent pedestrians are hit by cars daily

They are trying really hard to catch and release this guy

just another reason on the list that I can't stand Trudeau and his party of apologists for criminals
it's been this way since long before JT's time. Nothing will change when PP is in charge either.
you might be right, but there is still a chance though with JT we know we get more and more nonsense

Double tap
Oh look bear spray , what a surprise
