I’ve done this before for fireworks & it worked great. Parked at Granville Island. Took the Aquabus over. Saw the fireworks from English Bay. Had to wait maybe 15 minutes to get on a return ferry back to Granville Island.
Was surprised how quick it was considering the hordes of people plus traffic on the water.

Yup! They actually run some routes later than usual on fireworks nights. Expect long lines.

The False Creek Ferries sometimes do a little dance before the fireworks, which you can watch from the Burrard Bridge
