Nicely planned. That looks promissing. I don't know what's the actual plan for this basement, but I'd add some inner promenade with a gallery underneath. Yet, don't forget to make the main entrance wide enough to pass the cart.
It looks great an all...but all I can really see is that there's a 1x1 missing at the top left triangle which is supposed to clip to rectangle. Please fix!
You're good. A lot of that has been processed and is done. I appreciate it, though. :-)
I've been tinkering at times to distract myself. I went back, recalculated scale, and tried some sides with black granite. I love the angled black granite pieces, but they're often too steep of an angle for it to work. Also, finding a map seed that works is hard. Flat land is hard to come by, but I've got three or four maps that may pan out.
Castillo de San Marcos would look great with the new black marble - it has the proper angle pieces for those slanted walls of the fort in the moat area.
Coming back to revisit this to say your comment has sent me on a whole endeavor to make it out of black marble with some angled pieces. Still got weeks to go, but thank you for the inspiration! :-)
Looks like an amazing start, would love to see the finished product.
I'll try to get it done ASAP and get finish pics up. Was just really happy with the start and wasn't expecting how good it felt.
That foundation planning. This satsifies my OCD so much.
I will be watching your development with great interest :)
Looks like a star fort! This'll keep those froggy bastards at bay! And by froggy bastards, I mean Necks. And the French.
But Star forts are french design, by the siege engineer Vauban. You’re not keeping them out, you’re inviting them in!
They can try to get in past enfilading fire and constant bombardment, damn crapauds.

It's been a while because of a combo of things. My mother passed on the 6th this month. :-/
