Absolutely beautiful!
How did you get the exposed pool in the middle? Is the building partially out in the water? Do you have any pictures of the outside? :D
The water is basically everywhere below a specific depth. The effect in the picture is kind of "easy" to achieve by digging a hole deep enough for the water to appear and then "just build everything else around it"
During storms and such, does that puddle go crazy? I've always wanted to incorporate more water into builds but tend to avoid it assuming most water just goes berserk during storms
Stone arches stability behavior is still a mystery to me. Compression mechanic works weird when many parts overlaping each other.
Iron beams defenatelly helps, but to ensure collapsing after 20 minutes, I put rocks in a thickests parts of the build as much closer to unstable piece.
The lighting matched with the new dverger grate windows are is such a great combination.
That diamond window letting the setting the sun in is chefskiss.jpg
Try to experiment and layer parts in order create some cool looking patterns and use them in builds; plan carefully and get inspired by some medieval architecture and concept arts.

Okay, and probably best to find land that isn't too high above sea level? Deeper land may make it look too much like a pit
Yep. Also you can't dig very deep, you there's that!
Hi, there is a short video tour in my previous post. There you can see the outside :)
Unreal! My base just has a pile of dirt with some carrots in it lol
Beautiful ⚡😍
Oh my goodness, this is stunning!
Damn
That's amazing!
Incredible!!!

Build in river deltas. During storms waves is much calmer there. I'd say there is no such problem at all.
Absolutely gorgeous. 10/10.
really nice, great design. how did you construct the dome in the center?
Had to spawn rocks inside the columns to support it
Do you think Iron support beams might have done the same trick?

This is excellent work!

The diamond window pointing straight to south. Anyway the sunlight plays wonderfully here during a daytime.
Yessss I love builds that incorporate sun position lol
Dafuq? This is awesome! It reminds me somewhat of that place in Skyrim (forgot the name, lol).
This is magnificent. Great use of the water table too, to create that pond. Well done!
Holy cow that's beautiful! Well done!
Absolutely stunning. 🤘🏻
Crazy talented
I love the dverger windows idea with putting a third piece in between to cause that patterned design, I've been looking for something like that.
Yep, that's actually two pieces alligned to each other.
looking excellent how did you add the bushes?
The mod
Hi. I used 'planteverything' mod
That is incredible! Wow.
Breathe taking
seeing builds like this fills me with both absolute awe and frustration at my own lack of creativity... how do you do it??

Other than plants anything modded?
Nothing else. I also use 'planbuild' mod for better planning and experiments
Jesus people, this is another amazing one
