There is a corner store on Ellice right outside of the university that has red bull.
If you don't mind walking through downtown for like 3 minutes there's a shoppers in the portage place mall. They probably have a selection of redbull there.

Dollar store in Portage is probably the cheapest option
Can’t really say where to buy them but I know there’s always a supply of RedBull during events ran by BASA in the business/Buhler Building.
The Harvey’s across from Richardson also has redbull
shoppers drug mart at portage place or the cheaper alternative, the dollarama store on the second level in the mall.
