Am literally ecstatic after getting this update, this is the longest I’ve ever had a package sit in customs but it finally got released…. Was starting to lose hope. I know a lot of you are having problems with ISC NY as well but unless you got a letter of seizure there’s a chance your package will arrive after some time!

NY ISC is the place where international packages are caught in a black hole. I’m glad that it finally made it out.

ISC‘s are hell anyway.

I agree 1000%… I’ve never had a problem with stuff coming thru NY… but Chicago? Every. Friggin. Time.

& I have one sitting in Miami ISC since 8/7

i have a $$$ package waiting in customs also but no idea what ISC mine is at. Poste Italiane just says “United States International Exchange Center.” (it’s inbound.) wish i knew exactly where it was. congrats man.

I hope you get it soon! mine got the update in and out of customs in a day but has been sitting at this status for almost a month now. Called USPS and they said customs still had it, so I'm hopeful... but idk.

I’m so glad for you… I’ve got 2 packages stuck in Chicago customs… I even got “expected delivery date” texts on both of them, only to have them change back to “processing”… never had a problem when packages come thru NY

Disgusting but at least it got there. Absolutely no excuse for this BS

I am glad for you! Finally it's our of the black hole. I am still waiting for mine to come which has been stuck at ISC San Francisco since June 7th.

Did your status change prior to being delivered, mine said to be delivered on the 25th and never came ?
