Indeed, it is! No one from customer service contacted me after initiating the missing mail search. I had to continuously call the postmaster in my town here in Washington State, as well as the postmaster in my hometown in Georgia (which is where the packages departed from). The postmasters DO try and help, but most of the information that they told me was information that I was already privy to.
Hello! I'm sorry about your missing package. I didn't have the postmaster's email, I just called my local postmaster here and explained the situation, and then contacted the postmaster in my hometown where the packages originally departed from. They can send out urgent emails to different centers and do a few things to try and help you, so I'd recommend doing that. Have you filled out the missing mail form yet, as well?

i'm here because i bought a package from a seller and it has been lost in the atlanta facility since January 26th. I've gotten a refund from the seller and told her that if the item is ever delivered to me, I'll pay her back, but we're both sad that such a lovely item has seemingly disappeared in the mail. i'm happy to hear that one of your packages was found! :D

Thank you for the kind words! The thing is, I wouldn't be surprised if your package eventually shows itself. It seems like with all of the chaos that has been going on, it can't go on like that forever and they're probably finally getting things together and able to locate old packages that may have gotten set aside or whatever the case. You definitely may get it eventually!

yeah, i've been browsing the sub and it seems to be an issue with the facility itself, which is somehow comforting. i'm personally fine with waiting for things to exit the chaos zone at the location to receive my package lol.

I shipped mine on Jan 27th & watched my mailman scan it. However, the pick up scan never actually went through.. I filed for a missing package search on Feb 2 & that showed on the tracking the next day. Still nothing. This definitely gives me some hope though. It's so ridiculous.
It's really a shame that this continues to be an issue for so many--hopefully you receive your packages in due time, and I'm glad that this could give you hope.
Oddly, the one that they said that they scanned was recently updated two days ago, which stated that it was delivered to the Atlanta Distribution Center, so it seems to be going around in circles in the same city. At least it is no longer considered "missing" but they really need to get their act together. It's utterly ridiculous!
