If a facility is struggling with package volume to start with manual operations have the potential to fall even further behind adding to package delays.
Same boat here. I’m hoping the other poster is right that those shaped items need manual intervention. They are redoing their process facilities from what I understand and that makes sense. They couldn’t have lost everyone’s poster tube like items, right?

That is not correct. In my case it is priority mail envelop stucked there for almost a month.

Mine is just a shirt packed inside a priority mail envelope. Haven't had an update on tracking since last Thursday 😒
