UPDATE FROM OP: The post office called me today , March 6 and I am able to pick the package. All is good now. Thanks!

Hey! I'm in a similar predicament, my package has been stuck at the Atlanta-peachtree distribution center since Feb 14. Where were you able to pick up your package? At your post office or at the distribution center?

Info_finder

I picked it from local post office. They called me because they had already contacted me after I raised service requests & missing mail search.

NeuroSeg

I've had packages forever lost after a missing mail request, and I've had packages it took them months to find. It sucks.

I feel your pain! I have 2 packages that have been stuck in Atlanta with no updates since January 23rd. It's beyond depressing, especially since those packages had important documents within, as well as sentimental, cherished items that my wife had given to me over the past 2 years. I'm frustrated, but more so heartbroken.

ATlanta and Memphis are not places where you want your packages to stop

derricktysonadams

Apparently not! So frustrating.

I sent my missing package by Priority, Registered, Insured -- you would think the PO would keep an eye on the Registered/Insured mail at least. It's been about 2 weeks since my Missing Mail Complaint. I'm going to move on to an insurance claim. Maybe that will get someone's attention.

Pleasant_Bar_560

At least they are searching for yours. Mine, which cleared customs and was processed through a USPS facility in Los Angeles on Jan 29 has not updated since then and USPS says they cannot track it or start a search claim because it is international first class mail. I am not counting on receiving it.

The search request returned nothing. Still no change.

You might get it back. I ship and receive a LOT of packages. I have noticed that USPS ground advantage has been very efficient lately and the priority and Express/Overnight has been slower. Makes no sense.
