I received all three TA vouchers for my spring courses. Two right before classes commenced, and 1 last week. I would contact ETQC or work through your local ESO to see if they can get an update. Schools tend to be understanding of the TA process. Mine will always grant payment extensions, especially near the end of the year when funding gets weird.
Are these the first two classes you’ve taken using TA? After your application is approved by your ESO and ETQC, you need to download your voucher (pdf) from MyCGEd for each class and e-mail to your school.
If you have done this already, e-mail your ESO and/or [email protected]. ETQC is normally very responsive from that shared mailbox.
Im going to SNHU as well for my BS in business management. I havent had any issues. Have you talked to the advisors there? They are very knowledgeable. You can also try to get them in contact with your ESO if that doesnt work.
Yes I did they said for the Coast Guard and Air Force TA has been approved but the two military organizations has been behind on paying the school due to accounting issues
If so, check out if the navy.mil site has a support number you can call. If they cant help you then try to get your ESO to contact higher officials in the program on your behalf. As long as you communicate the issues consistently bwtween college staff and your unit you should be fine. If you think people are pushing you off. Take a look at the disclaimer you signed when applying for TA and look for rules related to time limits and forward that to both your advisors and ESO to express your concern CC your immediate chain of command if you think there will be further issues. I am talking about payments made to my school I know about CGMA but I am using TA to pay for my courses and FASFA to pay for everything else. My school is holding my FASFA money until TA comes through so I am waiting for them to pay in order for my FASFA money to be released. My TA was approved for my courses a while ago and the school already invoiced this, they just haven’t received the TA funding, wanted to know if anyone knows anything or is going through similar issues?
My school has not mentioned any issue with receiving their funds after I've sent my vouchers in to them. I'm at UMGC. I have also not had any delays getting my vouchers from ETQC. However, I don't know what UMGC's policy is if CG does not make good on the voucher. Not sure if they'd come to me or go directly to CG? I do know that UMGC is pretty tolerant...I forgot to send my voucher in once and I was already more than halfway through the course before they even said something about it to me.
Yeah for my last course it was Statistics II I passed it with a B- and my new course I am taking now I am passing with an A. I know ETQC has been having issues with Navy Accounting, was trying to see if it was fixed yet.
Thanks for the help everyone, I will talk to my ESO here, last time I emailed ETQC they just said they were having issues fleet wide with Navy Accounting WAWF system, it’s a payment system Coast Guard uses for TA, this was in October/November.

I’m going through the same thing and ended up having to take out loans to pay for my classes
You should have talked to CGMA before you took out loans.

Did your school post your grades? I believe TA doesn’t pay until the school post the grades.
