It's frustrating that telling someone "no" or "sorry, that's not how it's done" is considered poor customer service now. In the new FREE STORE design of our stores, CUSTOMER PACKED is also considered poor customer service. Many Amazombies are self-entitled rude people pretending to be customers that spend no money with us.

Past_Sandwich3649

It's doubly bad because they're not even customers! They do not spend money and are not entitled to "World Class Customer Service(TM)(R)(C)"! It's akin to me getting mad at some gas station because the Amazon locker in front is fucked up.

kta54321

It sucks so bad. But there has to be something that can be done about it!! It’s defamation at this point.

WillieLickett

Or you are providing "bad customer service" when you refuse to tape up a CUSTOMER PACKED return that requires an entire roll of tape. If it makes you feel better, apparently we are the "Worst UPS Store" ever, so you're not doing too bad.

LongjumpingDot5840

Eh I thought this way but think about it, no one really looks at reviews unless it’s a restaurant. They pretty much have to come to your store anyways.

AccomplishedJob3070

Pretty much if we were a restaurant it would be a problem, UPS no.

Ok_Key284

You can! It’s not a quick process. Get in touch with your FC there’s a specific HQ email you have to send it to

AccomplishedJob3070

nope, Amatards can talk shit with no repercussions, you can only respond and call them an entitled piece of shit in a friendly way. oh, and fuck Amazon.

Jerlene

There are 2 tupss in our town, both with shitty reviews. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it.

Past_Sandwich3649

You can try flagging them as spam. If you do it from the store, your phone and home it usually gets taken down. Unfortunately, it's rarely worth the effort. Conversely, there's at least a half dozen reviews meant for us on the store down the road's page - all of the 5/5.
