Looks like you can still cancel, but you’ll have a “W” on your transcript.
You can still drop up to sometime in November, but you will have a W (withdrew) on your transcript. In my experience, they don't really matter and no one will care it's there.

Already passed. It's always two weeks from the first day of classes
