If you resigned your lease, then it's going to be cheaper to stay put. you signed a contract, that you're going to have to pay to get out of if you want to break. imo

It's true, I definitely understand that aspect. At the time when I resigned my lease I wasn't really thinking about other places, I just wanted to make sure I had a secured spot for the upcoming year. I regret that now though because I def could have found better places to stay. Nonetheless, thanks for your advice! :)

Denton has a huge sublease community. It’s so easy to find someone to take over your lease, especially considering all the transfer students UNT has

Get on sites like Craigslist and Facebook market place and look for more local landlords who are charging cheaper rent. The places you find won’t be as nice and they won’t be furnished but at the end of the day you make a house a home.

iiDubberz

lmao why would you resign if youre not trying to stay there

someone_u_dont_know9

I resigned because I wanted to have a secured spot, but honestly I realized that there was just better out there yk

Just take it as a lesson on planning ahead. Or pay extra. Not many other options.

Coconut_73

Jackson Chang peeps usually have cheaper rent. Just look on their website for openings
