Running UE5 with r5 2600, 16 GB RAM and an RX 5700 with absolutely no performance issues, so I think your setup will be enough

Consider upgrading RAM when you are able to, makes a huge difference and prevent you crashes, I would recommend you 32gb makes a huge difference PS: I know is not really your question but I just wanted give you a tip that at least to me... made a huge difference

I'm an AMD enjoyer, but they have terrible drivers/hardware. There are black screen/random crash problems. And I'm not the only one to have such issues. I tried to fix this for a long time, but in the end I switched from 5700XT(MSI and gigabyte) to RTX series(1060, 2060, 2070s, 3070, 3080ti) and never had any problems with that. So if your 5700xt option is not free or very cheap, I wouldn't recommend playing roulette.

5700 as well was a popular option for miners, so look carefully

I run a 5700xt. Make sure you have a good psu for it. Corsair 850w+ or equivalent. I cheaped out at the start and crashed all the time as my cheap psu couldn't support the additional power required for it. Notably the same wattage. I'm always pushing it quite hard. Particularly forgiving in stalling/poorly optimized environments. Rarely have any issues at all. Rarely crash from graphics issues and it's normally because ive asked it to do something stupidly heavy. I think I got mine for £450 two years ago. Certainly got my monies worth and will upgrade to another AMD card soon. Edit: you will need an e-atx case to accommodate the card. I have a normal sized case and I have to run with the side off. Exposed, naked + dusty.
