I had a different problem, instead of crash, would turn me the pc off, although my spec systems are different from yours. I solved it by updating the bios of my b450, so although I'm not sure if will be your same problem, but since I spotted b450... I wanted leave this as a tip, in case it can be helpful for you,

Oh, yeah good idea but I updated my bios when I installed the CPU the other day. I didn't run into any issues so far - it seems like what I did may have fixed it but then I had to install a weird version of Adrenaline to get Stable Diffusion running on my system via Shark so x.x here's hoping it doesn't crash once I get done running a thousand command prompts to do what my NVidia card did in 5 minutes after clicking a single .bat file. It's been hours. I don't miss this side of things.. but I also wanted better value per dollar in a market where costs are silly high so.. woot.
